Short-term transitional stay, rehabilitative care, outpatient therapy or long-term care placement - the patient needs are our priority.    Treatment and therapy goals are determined and a custom plan of care for each individual is developed.    Patients are welcome to personalize their rooms to feel more at home and comfortable at our center.    Families are encouraged to participate in helping their loved one create a "cozy haven" here.    We work hard to provide our residents with a warm supportive environment including social and recreational activities.

Guardian Angel Program
The Guardian Angel Program connects a staff member with each resident to provide extra attention and support in order to foster a warm, nurturing environment focused on quality of life.    Guardian Angels are available to assist residents with all aspects of their stay, from answering questions about care and services to providing a moment of friendly conversation, listening, and caring.    This moment provides each resident the opportunity to express cherished thoughts and heartfelt fears.    It also gives the resident an opportunity to discuss his or her living environment or care.    Our Guardian Angel program means that each resident has a special someone to watch over him/her - someone who can be a source of comfort and reassurance.
